|This is a single payment per child which combines grade excursions and a number of smaller payments into one general activities payment. Activities such as Life Education, Book Week Author Visit, Primary Swimming Carnival and Musica Viva are combined into one easy payment.

Activities Fee Notes
- Our major overnight excursions for Years 5 and 6 will be billed separately
- Students in Kindergarten to Year 4 participate in a ‘Learn to Swim’ program in Term 4 each year. All students are required to attend and payments are included in the Activities Fee.
Payments can be made at the school office by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, BPay, in person or over the phone. Payments can also be sent to the office via the class message bags. A receipt will be sent home within a couple of days. Payment envelopes are provided for the payment of excursions and school fees. All money should be in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with child’s name, class, amount and details of payment.
Where necessary, payment arrangements can also be set up.
School Fee Management
A term's notice in writing (10 school weeks) must be given to the Principal before the removal of a student from the school, otherwise a full term's fees will be payable.
